THE BRIEF
Deli&Cia is the hip, healthy lifestyle grab-and-go concept by Areas, a global leader in travel food and beverage. The brand had three goals: to refresh its image, introduce people-focused product names, and elevate the overall customer journey. These initiatives aimed to appeal to a younger, wellness-focused crowd while keeping loyal clients amazed and engaged.
THE SOLUTION
The project kicked off by bringing a new, more approachable twist to the brand values and image, focusing on health and convenience while keeping flavor top of mind. Product names were imagined to connect more sincerely with a light comic sense to their audience.To enhance the customer journey, collaboration with chefs resulted in innovative offerings like quinoa bowls, each with a compelling story behind its ingredients. Designers created eye-catching labels to boost visual appeal, and a streamlined design of the customer journey ensured every interaction with the brand was memorable. This approach not only modernized Deli&Cias' offerings but also reinforced their commitment to quality and wellness in travel dining.
